("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share ("process") your information when you visit our website at signspotla.com, contact us, or otherwise engage with us, including through sales, marketing, or events (together, our "Services").

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information. Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (see section 12). We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on your consent to process your information, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This does not affect processing that occurred before you withdrew.

Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, reply "STOP" to any text message, or contact us directly. We may still send non-marketing messages related to an active project.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. Because no uniform standard for DNT signals has been adopted, our website does not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice.

Yes.
