These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sign Spot Inc. ("Sign Spot," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of signspotla.com (the "Site") and your communications with us through it. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms on that business's behalf.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
The Site provides general information about our services. Prices, cost ranges, timelines, and estimates shown on the Site, or provided before a signed agreement, are estimates only. They are not binding offers.
All sign design, fabrication, permitting, and installation work is governed by the written proposal or contract you sign with us. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Permit approvals and their timing are determined by cities, landlords, and property managers. We cannot guarantee them.
The Site may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. We may correct or update it at any time without notice.
Projects shown on the Site are work we completed for our clients. Client names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement.
We own or license all content on the Site, including text, photos, renderings, graphics, and design (the "Content"), as well as the Sign Spot name and logo.
You may view and print Content for your personal use or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, or use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
When you send us artwork, logos, photos, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them. You allow us to use them to prepare quotes and complete your project.
Design concepts and renderings we prepare remain our property unless your project agreement says otherwise. They may not be provided to another vendor for production.
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Site or our services, we may use it without any obligation to you.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Warranties for sign products and installation are provided only in your project agreement.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGN SPOT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100. This limit does not apply to project work, which is governed by your project agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and indemnify Sign Spot and its officers, employees, and agents against any third-party claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or materials you send us that infringe someone else's rights.
When you email us, submit a form, or text us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic notices, agreements, and signatures satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
If you receive text messages from us, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. For help, contact us using the details below.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice. Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
California residents with an unresolved complaint may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or call (800) 952-5210.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. We may assign our rights under these Terms at any time.
