Do I need a permit to repair my sign?

Repairs and maintenance that don't change the size, type, or placement of your sign usually don't require a new permit. Structural changes or replacements generally do. We'll confirm before starting work.

Why is half my sign lit and the other half dark?

Usually a failed power supply. Each supply drives a section of the sign, so when one dies, that section goes dark while the rest stays lit. It's one of the most common repairs we do.

Is it worth converting my old sign to LED?

Often yes. LEDs use less power than neon or fluorescent, last longer, and are easier and cheaper to service. We'll compare the conversion cost against your current maintenance and energy costs so you can decide.
